using our site, the seller has unconditionally accepted the terms and

order to use our site, the seller have accepted the following terms and
conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify

Seller ensures that all products before dispatching are checked, screened and quality
assured to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design,
composition, style or model that they are representative of.

The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior

Request by the seller for cancellations of orders once placed on our
site shall not be entertained, unless substantiated with acceptable
reasons. This may attract fines at the discretion of the site

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is
listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless
of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The
payment shall be refunded and the seller shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to the mistake by the seller
(i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address was provided to the courier) any
extra cost spent by our site for re-delivery shall be claimed from the seller
placing the order.

The Seller agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information of all the
products listed in our website.
8) Our site
reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details
provided by the seller at any point of time. If any such seller details are
found not to be true wholly or partly, our site has the right in its
sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the seller from using the
services of our site and / or other affiliated websites without prior
intimation whatsoever.
9) our
site will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The
liability due to use of a credit card fraudulently will be on the seller.
10) our
site shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by
the vendors (trade organizations, manufacturers / shops, couriers etc.), or due
to flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of
us.

Seller certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the
consent of a parent or legal guardian.
12) Our
site shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days, once the order is
delivered.

If the seller has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the
terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us
through contacting us using the contact options in the contact page and
should wait for a written clarification before using the service.

If a wrong-delivery or late delivery occurs then cost of extra courier charges
would be deducted from the net payment to seller.
15)
All products images and videos should reflect the actual product color, fabrics
and designs of the product.
